When I received these lenses, they were the wrong style. When I emailed the seller, they were very responsive and refunded my money when they realized they no longer had the Rondo style. They didn't even make me return the other lenses (would've cost me as much to return as the refund). While I would've rather had the lenses, I appreciate the responsiveness and quick refund.     Snow Joe

    Best refurbished tool I ever bought. Like it was brand new. This 11" cordless snowshovel is strong and powerful. Cleared my driveway and a pathway to my car on 1 charge of the battery. A great deal for the price. Only drawback is the discharge only shoots forward.

    This thing is A WICKED BLAST!!!

    I HATE Snow Joe! ONLY because I didn't invent it first :) This thing IS AWESOME!!! I got yelled at because I plastered the side of our brick building with snow from 20 to 25 feet away HAHAHA. IIt looked like a huge snowball hit the building. No damage :) I was worried that little 5A battery wouldn't last long. And while I was using it, my Snow Joe Stopped. Awww. I looked, but the batter was STILL full. Well, turns out it has a nice protective circuit on jams. I tapped it to the ground, waited a few seconds and it was back tossing snow in no time. I was able to do a long walkway and 4 car spots, with battery to spare. If lasts a lot longer doing the light, fluffy stuff, say 3-4 inches deep. Even if it's deeper that handle lets you do layers. It's not TOO heavy, to lift and do ...
