I use this to fend off the common cold from progressing. I take 2 capsules when I feel like a cold might be developing and that's enough to keep me cold free for the past 2-1/2 years, so far. This stuff really works for me! I use to catch a cold at the start of almost every change in the season; that's like 3 to 4 times a year.
