Everything almost perfect. If you have a 2004 Ram 1500 4d shaft is the 82"+, this will fit but you will have to do some modifications, either gring like half an inch from rearend nut and bolt or use a step bit to drill center about half inch or deeper with the fattest one or a grinder wheel. Or you will need to take your old base plate off and switch to new one. Other than that price and shipping, and communication was perfect. That`s why i left 4 stars and not 2 stars.
