For what its worth, from a cellphone illiterate, this is a terrific phone. I had the note 1 and accidentally sent it through the wash, so I bought the note 2. The 2 is better by a long shot. People make a big deal of the size, but it's not really an issue. If you like your phones tiny, don't bother. If you like actually being able to do something on your phone (read a book, read a recipe, type a proper email, watch a show, or (in my case) start an illustration, then you can actually use this thing pretty comfortably. I should also add that the hand-writing recognition is oddly amazing - provided, of course, you're of a generation that learned cursive.
