That's simply not true. I have messages proving I'm more than willing to give a partial refund and for him to keep the book..It was definitely between the condition of VF - NM, the pictures I posted are of the comic book so...And still would give him a partial refund but he hasn't responded to me offering that and i took a considerably low offer from him just because he wanted the book. Wants the book for free and for it to be in perfect condition. Get real!!
