I have two printers for printing photographs and wanted a dedicated printer just for letters and doccuments so as to not use my photo quality inks. This little unit fills the bill perfectly. The eBay seller got it as a freebie when he bought something else so it was still in its unopened box, and I got it for a song. I haven't used it that much yet, but each time I've turned it on it has printed perfecty without having to run a cleaning cycle.
This is a great printer that is well priced. Quick and nice quality printing for a small printer like this. This printer is a great one for limited space or on the go needs, and even for buissness. Great color, great quality, quiet, and sleek design make this one of my favorite deskjets. hope that helps! -akb
The printer worked great. Very user friendly and easy to set up. The picture quality and speed were excellent for both black and white and colour. The driver disk did not work with windows vista, but you don't need it since vista installed the device without any problems at all. I was up and running in about 10 minutes.
i need to ship it back. the color is not working correctly.i believe it is refurbished. i am not sure if it can be fixed. i like this style printer. i have one that is not working already.
i used it yet. it came with no installation disc and the bottom paper tray was broken. i can download the drivers from the internet, but the tray will have to be replaced.
