The belt was missing on arrival which the seller quickly rectified and sent separately and as quickly as possible which was great. However it was not freshly dry cleaned as described, as there were 3 marks on the back panel (I made the seller aware of this and sent a photo but this was not addressed) so I will have to pay to get this dry cleaned this week now that the belt has arrived. Luckily the price I paid for the jacket was fantastic! Very good comms from the seller (belt issue)

Dress arrived quickly and well packaged, although described as ‘used’ the condition is far from as expected. Multiple pulls / snags in the fabric, with the pleated skirt no longer being pleated. It will make do for the one occasion I need it for, with some additional love and care to fix the pleating, but will be wary to buy from this vendor again. The advert/listing made no mention of the poor condition or contained any photos other than the stock manufacturer ones.
