I greatly appreciate this seller bc he follows thru on what he says. I’ve purchased two batches of around 10 cards each, but all were individual auctions or offers. We discussed a fair combined shipping rate, but to finalize the transaction I had to submit full payment and allow him to refund any shipping overage…..which he did immediately upon shipping.
