The listing said it was brand new but it was definitely used. This was a gift for someone else and they noticed a coffee stain on the pot. Nonetheless, the price was good and it indeed works, the coffee machine is in like new condition which I appreciate. One thing to mention is they did not put the item in a box, they just slapped a label on it and sent it out like that which I didn't like. Overall, im happy with my purchase. Thank you.
