Item is new and work as described. The seller should choose a faster shipping method, it took 13 days from the time I ordered the effects processor to the time it arrived in my Mail Box. Because of the sellers communication and they gave a partial refund because it took so long to get the item is the only reason I am leaving a positive feedback.
