Amazingly big sound from a small and sophisticated looking unit
We recently remodeled our family room, only a small shelf space for a stereo. This system fits perfectly, and sounds every bit as good as the much larger Sony stereo it replaced! The bluetooth feature works very well, pairing easily with different cell phones. The only minor nitpicks are with the odd placement of the headphone jack on the *back* of the unit, and the lack of a digital audio input (with mode selection for it). Automatic standby mode is annoying
I like everything about it except in auxiliary mode, it automatically shuts off into standby mode if inactive for around 8-10 min. This is really annoying if you use as part of tv / pc sound system. Pause a movie, come back and the stereo is off & you have to go turn back on everytime. But sounds good

I had the older model of this system (without Bluetooth) that was about seven years old and while the components worked individually, they would no longer work together. I saw this in the Best Buy store and thought about buying it but instead went home to do some research online. When I saw it on eBay for almost half the price, I went ahead and bought it there, then picked it up at the store a couple of hours later. The system is very easy to set up and use. The sound is great and it looks good on the bookcase I have it on. The only issue I have with it is when listening to music via the Bluetooth connection, I have to turn the volume way up. Is it built to last?
