I do not have basic slushy mix ratio or instructions. I’ve had it 4 evenings and have filled it 7 times with various mixtures (from Vevor site and user videos) and have made slush twice. Purchased restaurant concentrate mixed as instructed 1:4, wouldn’t freeze. I’ve already spent more on the liquids in a few days than I have on the machine itself. Awaiting Vevor response

When I took the back off, I observed that the fan assembly was simply laying in the machine. The Seller is a great seller. They assisted me in trouble shooting and when that didn't work, they quickly sent me a return label and I was refunded the day I dropped the item off at Fedex. I highly recommend this seller. Jim H.
