The item arrived just as promised, and it's very easy to extend. I was surprised that the table arrived in two separate packages, and the instructions included some text. Compared to other tables that I have previously assembled, I really liked that there was an instruction manual with written directions than only illustrations. Even though I wish there had been more written instructions, I was still able to assemble it using the instructions that were provided.
