Installed them in my server and they worked with no issues. My sistem recognized them at once and I was able to put them in service right away. Condition is as states. Value is great. Drives look great and very clean.

Yes, these are used with plenty of hours on them but I haven't had one fail yet thus far after months of solid use at this price, I have plenty I use for long term backup storage and a few in case my RAID5 fails.

Every time I've ordered drives from them, they've lasted even though some were made two years ago and were basically brand new and some were older than my siblings with more hours than an MGE player. I've bought these gacha packs three times and all six drives are still in use and storing data. Miraculously. They were well packed and the value is great if you've got the capability of using SAS drives.

I ordered the 10x 3TB sas drives (which was a great deal already), but I received them in improper packaging. I contacted their customer support, and called directly with Nick and April. They were very helpful and understanding and made sure that this wouldn’t happen again. I received the replacement drives the next day and I couldn’t be more happy. I’ll definently be buying from them again!

I emailed customer service and they were prompt and friendly with the replacement. They already had a replacement sent out before I sent the original back. I received the replacement very quick and it worked like a charm. I’ve bought multiple drives from this seller and this is the first “problem” I’ve ever had. Great price for the drive. Just a simple type of wrap packaging, which enabled the unit to get bent during shipping. Of course it could just be bent back, but why not use a box. The unit looks almost like new and it was a good value.
