    SUPERB IN EVERY RESPECT

    Expensive and worth the investment. Currently using several Manfrotto tripods and a variety of heads. The evolution of the 612 is the best assistant a photographer can presently mount atop a tripod. Properly adjusted, this head will mitigate or eliminate the possibility of the sudden gravitational mishap many tripod users have experienced. 32 feet per second per second. It’s not the velocity that kills your equipment, it’s the sudden stop ! With that constant distraction removed from process of creativity, the absolutely velvet smoothness of transition from point to point is realized. Or not, as the need to consider the operational limits and performance of the equipment disappear. Honorable mention for Haoge’s HQR-MS220 and TJ-02 for properly supporting the lens and camera ...
