Great seller, trim ring I purchased was as described and arrived in perfect condition due to superb packaging. However, the United States Post Office shipment of the item left a lot to be desired. The package took an excessive amount of time to get here. This was beyond the control of the seller to which I want to publicly apologize for my less than polite messages to him. I'm more than happy about my experience with this seller. My NOS defogger and other parts look exactly like the photos and match the descriptions to a "T". I actually received them faster than I expected, and when I did I was very pleased with how things were packaged with care and attention to detail. They also combined shipping.
