    Saved my neck!

    Heavy weight rubber mat of good size. Solved annual front step ice problem. Very heavy mat stays put, gives good footing, clears ice well. Deeper snow layer takes longer but will be cleared. There is a wide band around heated area that is unheated, but has not been problematic. Control is very large. All told, am satisfied with the product’s performance, materials, and build quality.

    NO DIMENSIONS OF THE PRODUCT ADVERTISED IN THE AD. LOOK AT THE PICTURE ON THE AD. LOOKS BIG, DOESN'T IT? THE ONE THAT I RECEIVED IS HALF THE SIZE OF THE PICTURE. THE ACTUAL SIZE OF THE MAT IS ACTUALLY 37 INCHES WIDE X 32 3/4 INCHES DEEP. ALMOST HALF OF THE PICTURE POSTED. THIS IS VERY DECEPTIVE. DID THEY SEND ME THE WRONG ONE?

    Buyer beware...huge slip/fall risk

    Item seems to heat up, however, due to heavy coating of mold release compound on front and back of rubber there is a serious problem. The 'Oil ' easily transfers to your footwear and all surfaces you walk on. This in turn creates a huge hazard . And, the unit itself is extremely slippery as is and even worse when wet. I tried to remove the oil, I will report back with my results later.
