Is very sorry to be leaving a review that is not positive. Unfortunately, there is a large gap between the quality of the product and the customer service. I asked to combine shipping with another item bought before the shipment was out. No response was given at all! The packaging is very poor: a padded envelope and a pouch. The post on one of the earring was bent and damaged. Really a shame to package a beautiful product as if it were a nail. Shipping charges -$26 US for what costs $21 AU.
