    Ordered the grey rug, but colour is more a blue grey. Packaging has put a funny pattern down the very middle of the rug, hoping this comes out over time. It’s very light weight, so hoping the quality is good. But for the price, it seems good value for money. The rugs condition is very creased, but like I say I hope this comes out over the next few days or it will spoil the full rug.

    hi and good morning, i received an extra large rug and very prompt unfortunately the way it was packaged bent in half it is creased all down the middle,i have left it rolled out for more than 36 hours thinking the creases would drop out but they havent it looks dreadful , i wish to have a refund and return the carpet could you please advise many thanks Andy
