I received my order in excellent condition. Two bonus items were added - very nice! My parcel arrived later, but it wasn't the seller's fault. Tracking number didn't give any details and it looked like my parcel was lost in mail. The seller responded at once after I sent request about my order. Thank you. We have received product, and it was well packed and quickly shipped. I am puzzled, though, because I ordered, and expected to receive, what you described: "100% Organic Greek Hawthorn Leaves And Flowers Loose Herbal Tea." Instead of the "Leaves and Flowers", we received a package of "Hawthorn Dried Leaves & BERRIES". The bag is mostly BERRIES, and we needed the Leaves -- not the Berries. Did you send us the wrong product? Otherwise, everything went very well.
