    The perfect replacement piece

    This Samsung receiver was a perfect match for the home theater system that we currently have, and just needed to replace this piece. To replace the whole system would have been much costlier, more time to tear out the old and install the new, and many of the new ones were Blue Ray systems, of which we own none. So the availability to purchase just the piece we needed was great!

    Excellent sound but...

    I bought one of these in November 2008 I watched about 5 movies on it before it broke! Samsung was pretty good about it and gave me free shipping to there repair shop but the only one close was 500 miles away! The next closest was on the east coast! You'd think they would have more than two. As I write this it's been almost a month since I sent it in and the only answer I've received is "We are waiting for the parts" Sound wise it was very loud but lacked bass punch in my opinion. It has a lot of nice features but due to the breakdown and seemingly endless repair time I can only give it an average rating. Still I would say it is a good value.

    Samsung HT-Z310T Home Theater System

    This is a great sounding system buut is limited to a single disk player. It's worst "feature" is that it uses "special plastic clips" to attach speaker wires to the receiver. To lose these or any one of them is hard to find replacements without paying an arm and a leg for them. Like $18 for one with wire and $29 up for a set. Bad news

    Great home theater

    This was the first really good home theater system that I have bought(besides the 50.00 version). It takes a little time to get used to the controls and menus, but once you do the system is easy to use. The sound is great and it is more than loud enough for the 25X20 room I have it in. Thanks to E-Bay I was able to find original speakers and subwoofer, and even got the remote.

    Better than expected "used" equipment, simple to install, very happy!

    Better than expected from a "used" component. Packed well, just popped it in and started to watch movies. Super easy to use. Great purchase.
