The item arrived quickly, ahead of the estimated date. Unfortunately its appearance wasn't exactly as in the photograph. The shiny material and floral pattern gave it a distinctly silver look, not white (which was the colour I needed). So I had to return the item. The seller offered free returns and I received a full refund within a few days. Excellent service from the seller, who I highly recommend.

Arrived on time and ties where as expected. What was a nice suprise was that because I didnt read the description well enough I didnt realise that what I thought was a tie was actually also a pocket square and cufflinks as well as the tie. So that turned out to be a nice suprise when I opened up the package and found what, for me, where little extras that I hadnt been expecting. Excellent. The best sort of misunderstanding. Will buy again from the seller if I need more ties as they where great.
