Cards as described but the packaging could have been safer. All 23 cards were put into top loaders and in a box with too much space and the top loaders could move around. When there's too much space cards will slide up and out of the top loader during transit. I recommend using painter's tape over the top edge of each top loader, to ensure the card stays inside. Anyways, thank you.
