While I liked the company and it's products, I am less thrilled with their delivery system. If the package is to be delivered on say Monday, dont tell me it's early and will be delivered Friday then say the office was closed, it will be there tomorrow. Tomorrow rolls around and behold! it's not there. And etcetera. I won't be using you for this reason.

I ordered 3/4 line. They shipped me 1/2 line. When trying to correct the issue they wanted me to keep the 1/2 line and pay for it then purchase 3/4 line as well. I was ok with purchasing new line, but then their price was higher than other suppliers. Their communication is poor. It is clearly their mistake as the order shows I ordered 3/4 line. They didn't correct the issue or provide satisfactory solutions.
