The item arrived damaged and was not in "new" condition as indicated on the seller's page. I contacted the seller regarding this matter, and they chalked it up to "shipping damage" which is not the case due to it being well packaged. So, credit to them for packaging a damaged item well. Per eBay's guidance, since the seller is located in India, I (the buyer) am responsible for shipping return costs due to an inaccurate posting description. I do not recommend this seller.
