In response to your review I would like to again extend my apologies as shipping your item was beyond my control and like I explained to you had you had paid extra or accepted to have your item shipped through UPS or FEDEX instead of insisting on it being sent through USPS you would have received your item. I could not control that USPS would not accept an item over 104in in diameter, I attempted to work the issue out with you which costed me money in doing so, and I fully refunded you as well.
