Buyer didn’t read the item description where I clearly mark my shipping times and what to expect. This buyers ignorance is what is disappointing. Clearly I am a top rated seller for a reason, and this buyer is the one out of 15000 who didn’t receive their card!? They are just trying to take advantage of EBay and its sellers by bullying and abusing policies. This rookie Ebayer is blocked, reported, and hopefully other sellers will see this warning.
