Stroke a good deal with ZOTAC, but unfortunately the card came with a bent chassis near the DP and HDMI ports (port panel is not perpendicular with the GPU base). Card itself works properly, but it will eventually damage the PCIe 16 pin slot once it's seated in the computer case unless the motherboard is lying flat. Return was quite straightforward, if I didn't purchase a CPU without built-in GPU I probably would ask for an exchange, so I decided to get another ZOTAC gup on Amazon instead.

Great price, fast shipping, and product so far is in perfect working condition. Now my second Zotac graphics card. Even though it was open box, I got power 3-pronged adapter and even a nice GPU weight-stand. I wouldn't have known it was open box unless it wasn't advertised as such.

    Not truly open box since the card came in a generic cardboard box. Card has a bent radiator fin, but otherwise looks like new and seems to work well.
