Received damaged item. Contacted the seller right away, requesting a partial refund. Instead the seller decided to point me to ebay claiming "I am a top seller and ebay is there to protect me". Regardless, I only wanted the shipping back which is what the seller would have paid to have me ship the item back to them. Was a win win, in my book. Now it's in ebay claims and will let them deal with it. Not sure why the seller was not willing to help correct the situation without ebay.

Buyer did not read item description where I remind all buyer to message me about actual condition of the item. This buyer did not contact me he made offer on item and got a substantial discount do not sell to this buyer.
