The only issue with the unit was a cracked face plate. Since my unit face plate was intact I could replace the cracked one with mine. I also saw a statement on your listing page that said you would provide a credit (less than $50) for an owner's existing unit. If this is true, please send me additional information so I can follow up with you. Thanks for the unit and excellent service.
