When I placed the order I received communication from the seller informing me of their work hour, which were a little different than most. Communication was very good. In addition, the item arrived much sooner than expected and it was well packed to prevent leakage. Now, as for the product, I like it because it is not overly drying or irritating as so many other cleansers for oily skin tend to be and an added bonus was the travel bottle in addition to the value size bottle.
