Great quality escargot for a simple but exotic h'orderve or dinner entree
This is great escargot with reasonably consistent quality. We like to melt butter and add white wine, white pepper, chopped garlic and then submerge the washed Roland escargot in the butter to warm. We then transfer them to a ceramic compartment plate and blanket the combination under a layer of provolone cheese that is broiled to a crispy melt. When you use toast points as holders for the buttery, cheesy escargot you have a very nice appetizer or dinner entree.This is great escargot with reasonably consistent quality.
