Hello, The box was in good condition when we sent it, and so it was probably broken in transit. Additionally, the garbage bag the pillows were in was closed and possibly broke open during the transit as well. The pillows were a return which had stains when we received them. Not only was this detailed in the description, but it was shown in the primary photo for the listing as well.
