I tried several times to work out this issue directly with seller. Seller had no interest whatsoever in working with me - item was nonfunctional. They claimed it was working when shipped - only way the seller would resolve was for me to return the machine. I needed the item for work so I diagnosed, found the issue, (vacuum pump, and heating element) purchased parts from another seller - now unit is working perfectly. All I asked for was $30 partial refund - definitely not a pleasant transaction

1)You tried to do business outside of Ebay to bypass EBAY FEE. I disagreed. Then I've made $55 discount. The item was fully tested and was in working order before shipping. After receiving it, you said that it wasn't working. Ive asked to RETURN FOR FULL REFUND. 2) Instead you took the item apart to test internal components. Which means you have altered the item. 3) Then you threatened me with negative feedback if i dont give you partial refund. It is called feedback extortion per EBAY POLICY.
