Verdict still out
I bought this flip phone for my husband. He had a stroke and was unable to learn a new phone buttons and set up. This phone was like his last which got water damage. The phone worked for a week and then went dead. It had a full charge but would not turn on. I took it to the Verizon store. The clerk said we should "lift the battery" first. This involved taking the battery out and wiping the contacts. After replacing the same battery in the phone, he turned the phone on and it worked perfectly. It has been fine. Ever since. I can actually see the clock without my glasses! This is my third one of this exact phone ( 1 lost, 1 destroyed ). it came quickly and works, but I don't think i would have graded it 'very good' - the inside screen has some significant wear on it, and some of the buttons are not working at 100%.
