This is a great product that will provide many hours of creative fun!
This was a birthday present for my daughter - she was very surprised when she opened it, because she knew this set was retired and she thought she missed her chance to get it - Thank goodness for ebay or she wouldn't have gotten it. We love all Lego in our house! It is such a versatile product. Excellent for creativity and imagination! Building and rebuilding the possibilities are endless. I get most of my products directly from the Lego.com web site and am a VIP customer, which is a points reward type system which allows for discounts. Lego is a quality product with many years of use. You can't go wrong with any Lego product. Great Product for all, despite minor drawbacks.
LEGO Creator Beach House is a wonderful product where you can build the main product, an apartment building and a small outdoor cafe. Although this set is great, I do like the features of the main beach house the best. It includes a open floor plan with a opening sunroof Satellite dish, grill, and place to eat outside. The only downsides are that the tree is detached from the rest of the product and there is no minifigure. I have not built the other two as of this writing, but the major shortcomings of the apartment building are that there aren't any steps to the upper floors though they can be accessed from the back. Then there is the outdoor cafe which is not accessible by lifting off the roof and second floor. In fact, the only way to access the building is to open the ... For example, the Outdoor Cafe can be modified to allow the top to lift off and furniture can be added to the main beach house. Buy this set, It's a great bargain from LEGO.

Gorgeous, but very small.
The exterior of this house is outright gorgeous - maybe the most gorgeous house Lego has ever made. Also, I felt like the pieces it comes with can extremely useful in custom creations. On the other hand, I was somewhat disappointed with the interior. It was very small - too small to fit any furniture.
