    An Ideal Kitchen Knife

    The Wusthof Classic 6-inch Cook's Knife is an outstanding kitchen tool. It is one of my favorite knives for all manner of food preparation. The knife is very well made. The edge is very sharp. The handle fits my hand well and the balance is good. Quality tools are a pleasure to have and use. I also have the 8-inch Chef's Cook Knife, and my comments equally apply to it.
