I had great shipping time with this product, packaging was as stated in the description, and the customer service was the best part of this.. I really liked the phone but couldn t use it on my service so I returned it. They refunded me my money back immediately after speaking with them. I will definitely buy from them again in the future.

It was NOT new, as was clearly in the description and the price I paid for it reflected that. Had definitely been used extensively as evidenced by the dirt on the case that came with it. Even had pictures in the deleted items of the electronics store it probably came from. Had to pay $300 AUD more in duty when it arrived as well.
After 2 days of using it the screen is now just all green and doesn't work. Cannot factory reset it so don't want to return w/ data.
