SELLER SAID HIS SHIPMENT HAD NOT ARRIVED YET & THE NEXT DAY HE CANCELLED THE ORDER. THERE SHOULD BE A PENALTY FOR SELLERS THAT LIE ABOUT HAVING AN ITEM TO SHIP WHEN THEY DO NOT HAVE IT.
