    Great, easy to use recorder!

    Great recorder I am able to record HBO,Cinemax, Showtime, Epix. I also like the recording speeds, especially 1 1/2 and 2 1/2 which is great for movies.

    Love the recorder.

    I t is very easy to use, love the record mode it goes from 1-8 hours. The recording starts to lose picture quality after 4 hours. I have the remote from a previous purchase and can record from my dvr without any problems.

    A very nice dvd recorder (rdr-gx315)

    I just got the Sony rdr-gx315 today, and spent about one hour testing it. I like it very much. I also hooked up my camcorder to the recorder, and made a dvd of a short home movie I had recorded; it was a very easy process, and the dvd came out looking real good. Thank you Sony, for another great product.

    Sony RDR-

    I found this Sony DVD recorder to be great. It is easy to use, and has many of the features I was looking for. First and foremost was up-converting the composite/SVHF signal. It also has multiple inputs and outputs including a 1394 input on the front for my digital camcorder. And another plus is it's quick 'record' function. When you push the record button it will start recording within 1 second. One thing I would liked to have had was an optical digital audio output, it only has an RF digital output.
