    Very disappointing experience. The first Dyson remote arrived covered in sticky gunk and the battery compartment wouldn’t open. Seller promised a good replacement, but the second remote had the same issues. After sending all requested photos, the seller told me to damage the remotes and send pictures showing that. I’m an elderly, disabled woman and don’t have the strength to do that. I’ve asked for a refund and a return envelope. If I don’t get one, I’ll contact eBay. Unusable items. Misleading.
