  • It's a good reference book, not a great text book

I like the book although it's too wordy. The book seems to have been written for accountants, not for senior managers - at least that is the way I think of it. I feel that it could include more meaningful discussions with real life examples. The book can be used a a reference, but were I to suggest it as a texyt book, I would think many times. • EMBA book

It's one of the best books we use at our EMBA. Covers everything you need to know. Reader friendly. very easy to read, and provides all the topics you need when working within investment banking, etc

  • International versions = Frugalities!

The book served its purpose. Just like USA minus the price tag and glitter wrap. it is a soft cover so if you like your books to hurt people I suggest buying the hardcover for a better bludgeoning effect. seriously thought the book is great for rudimentary finance.

  • Corporate Finance

Very nice book. Has been really helpful in my MBA classes. Explanations are very clear and the book brings interesting examples.

  • Nice book

A great book for corporate finance courses. It gives us a good coverage needed for corporate finance.
