The item was exactly as described in new condition. The shipping was were we had a problem. Communication was good but the way it was packaged was unusual which could have led to the almost 3 week delay. Instead of being put in 1 box each controller was put in a separate bag and taped together. I did receive my items and they do work. The seller was able to help out with the delivery process. This was the first time I have not had a completely positive experience just ok.
