RUDE, SARCASTIC & MANIPULATIVE. Received 6 mugs w/o packing materials in a homemade box. 3 of 6 broke. I sent photos & asked for return label. Seller agreed, but later said to throw items away & she'd refund me (she didn't want to pay for the label). A few minutes later I get a PARTIAL refund. She kept $15, telling me it was for the 3 mugs that didn't break? Who wants 3 mismatched mugs of a broken set? I DON'T! She stole my $ and refused a return! BEWARE!!!

While I apologized for the problem. This buyer was refunded before she even returned the items. She was correct about the damage during shipping, however I only kept the shipping amount. I was not rude or sarcastic.. I simply told her to have a blessed day. While eBay themselves returned her the shipping, I did not have to send any money. Buyer could have been more nice about it when she first contacted me. She started the whole conversation being hateful. Sellers beware!!!! She is blocked now!
