First let me say this was not a problem-less transaction, but through no fault of the seller. When the order was placed, I was sent a tracking number and an estimated delivery date. During shipping all I ever saw was that a label had been created. The seller assured me it had been shipped. The shipping company dropped the ball. I had to purchase another radiator locally to get the car going. When asked for a refund, the seller promptly issued it along with an apology. Good Seller!
