Had sent the wrong cable to the fuse box and they were offering a 15% refund on an item that is $14 overall bad service

Product has been shipped according to buyer's order. He complained that the fuse box received was not suitable for his car, and at the same time refused to provide pictures of his original one. We did offer a 15% refund to try to resolve the issue and he rejected our offer and asked for a 50% refund. There just a little profit of each order. Our product has high quality low price. So we recommend that the customer return the product (he has not installed the product yet). But he refused.
