I Should of payed FULL PRICE on Amazon. The outer packaging came half open once delivered. The anker packaging had nothing to protect it , once i open the box , I thought the screen was very dirty but it wasn’t , it’s actually a bunch of scratches . The side of the powerbank was banged up to .
I understand it’s refurbished but at least say that in the description, with $30 dollars more I could I gotten a new clean powerbank from Amazon with no issues .

The seller sent an empty box for the original shipment. Then when asked about replacement offered to send an inferior product for replacement. When asked to replace for what I ordered or offer reimbursement all communication stopped.

The power bank arrived pristine, in a never opened/sealed box, and in perfect condition. The box showed no signs of damage or wear, just a little age. The power bank arrived at a charge level of 27%. The seller was very responsive to my questions.
Buyer beware, although the power bank is able to output up to 87Wh, three of the USB ports (C2 and A1/2) are limited to 20Wh in any combination; limiting high speed charge on those ports (see chart from owners manual).
