The item was advertised in great condition with minimal shipping charges.But it took forever to get here and only after I reached out to the seller, did I get a communication back about this. When it arrived I noticed the display box had a scrunch in the corner And there was no damage on the shipping box so I assume that this happened before it was shipped out.

Awful seller. 1st off I had to get Ebay involved because seller didn't ship and would not respond to any of my messages. Claims he was out of town. Your phone don't work?. Then I get the jacket delivered finally and open the box and was disgusted the jacket had dog hair, dirty and the liner was ripped and sleeves all ripped open. I take pictures and message seller. He responded back telling me I replaced his jacket with another jacket? And for what reason would I do that? I have 100% feedback!

Well just look at the buyer's username... he sent back the wrong jacket, removed the liner, and then went ahead and left me negative feedback to somehow justify his scam. Ebay of course Sided with the buyer as usual. Everyone I would highly suggest blocking this user.
Lastly, yes he has 100% feedback because he only buys on the account and sellers can't leave negative feedback for buyers... 100% thief!!!

Received the product in a timely manner, thank you for that. The product was wrapped very well with lots of bubble wrap and packing material. Unfortunately when I got to the actual box for the doll it was damaged and had a small hole in the back. For me this was not important. I do not intend this for anyone but me and do not plan to display. I was just disappointed that the damaged box was not mentioned in the advertisement. I am satisfied on the whole.
