      The seller sent out the item immediately however the postal service held the item locally for 1 week. This is not the first time they have done this, I prefer it to be sent out with a parcel carrier and not a postal service. The part was dropped and damaged in the box. The part however was the correct part. The seller was responsive and helpful.
