The nib was described as New Old Stock but when I received it the nib unit was filled with ink. The threads and lower plastic was stained with ink. I cleaned it the best I can but the stains won't go away. I ordered it on August 31 but it wasn't mailed until Septermber 5. I contacted the seller and he/she said their post office was closed during Labor Day weekend. It was packaged very well.
